Kids knives from the 1950's

Here's a few "Kids Knives" from my collection. My first knife was a L28 Western my dad bought me at an Army Surplus store around 1954. I've had a soft spot for knives like that and have collected quite a few. here are some.____Dave

It's a Dahlgren from Sweden. I believe it's a child's dress knife they would wear when dressing up for special occasions. I don't remember the years they were in business, but I believe it was around 1900.____Dave

Great bunch of knives, Dave! A small fixed blade always seems more practical than the large "hunting Knives" some folks enjoy carrying. That may depend on where you live and what you do with the knife, there ain't no grizzly bears in Florida but a lot of small whitetails.
