Thanks Dale, that’s interesting about the drill press. My dad used his foredom for checkering gunstocks mainly. Has a little saw gizmo that attaches to run the lines with then finish with hand tools. I’ll have to look see if he has a foredom drill press.

I have a Foredom drill press I often use when inletting a shield. It helps prevent the bur from 'walking.' I usually finish it freehand, but remove most of the material with the dill press.
