That's a beautiful Hartkopf, Tom.
I'm following a copy on ebay currently that I hope to get eventually.
They're such solid looking knives, exactly what I like.
Congratulations bud!

Nice!

I have a 1980s-era example (which was when Case was still making them with both the clip and long spey blades), but the spey backspring is snapped. Been thinking about having it pared down to a one-blade and having nicer handles than the original brown jigged Delrin installed.

Ha ha… I have been on a buying binge lately!

Here’s one I won last night on a eBay auction for $20

My first brass handled (or maybe this is copper) and first Cattaraugus

Nice addition to my collection of made in USA knives with a patriotic or Americana theme

After promising not to buy any more knives, I just received the first one this year (no will power). Couldn’t pass up a D2 blade with G10 natural (aka Jade) handles for under $35 (including shipping). Only Jade handled knife I have. Can’t tell you why but I really like the covers of natural G10. Couldn’t pass up the deal. It’s a well made knife. ::tu::

Good looking knife! My favorite type of pocket clip too (deep pocket style, black color and the end is flat and not left flipped up)

Spring assist?

That's nice, Oscar.
I've long admired those jade covers on a knife, and hope to add a couple of examples to my collection eventually.
They add so much class to an otherwise ordinary knife.

If you haven’t bought a knife in 2023 until now, Oscar, I’d say that’s pretty darned good willpower! :)

Just bought a used 6207. Sellers description was only: "Used Pocket Knife"
Looks to me like a 2017 Case Mini Trapper with jigged Chestnut bone handles & CV blades. ::hmm::
Really looking forward to adding it to my EDC rotation. ::nod:: ::super_happy::

Nifty neato. I would like to have one with the Marine Corps emblem on it and the ledgend "Don't F*** With Me" on the handle.

In the meantime I'll just have to be content with the one I fished out of the shallow end of the bay this morning. Made a low-ball offer and it was accepted.
