LT1505LC SS

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

Hi,
I have five Case LT1505LC SS knives

I can't find much info on them online. Tang stamp says 2003. I'm used to finding screeds onany Case pattern, and I wonder why there is no info online about these ones.
Are these rare superstars or just too common to mention? Experts?

That was one of the “Caliber” series, that pattern was introduced late 2003. Black Zytel handles, Stainless steel blade. It was intended to address the low-end (for Case) thumb stud “flipper” market, but wasn’t very popular. Discontinued after 2006 IIRC. IMHO it couldn’t compete with the really low end flippers from China - the majority of the flipper customer demographic at that time never heard of Case, and buy their knives somewhere other than Case dealers. (Possibly helped spur Case into the internet online marketplace.) ::shrug::

Great info. Thank you for that. It's definitely not as well-made as other Case knives.
I'll resume the hunt...
