I picked this knife up a few months ago at a flea market and it has no markings. The fella I bought it from didn’t know anything about it either. Anyone recognize the bone or the knife itself?

I had all 6 patterns of those ivory Case knives. Shepherd Hills offered those back in 09, I think. They came serial numbered. I had mine scrimshawed by Gary Harbour. They were expensive. Such a great looking knife.

Now for a good laugh of the week.

The ebay listing said it was small and they had pictures in their listing;
Tiny Brass Knife.jpg
But I didn't pay too much attention to this picture:

I received it today. This is what I ended up with. I'm still laughing.

I hate when that happens Jerry, I do it too! ::facepalm:: I look at the pictures, read the size, try to imagine the knife in my hand, and then fool myself into thinking I'll be happy with a little tiny knife! ::facepalm:: The one you got will make a great little keychain knife though, and the price was right! 8)

You got yourself a real treasure there. It's an HHH pliers knife from Barnett.

The keyword there being "little". I thought it was cute until I got it in hand. I think I will add it to my key-chain.

Here's mine that Glennbad repaired for me. Ike provided a parts knife. It is a sweet little knife. Yours has more blade than mine.

Thanks Mike of scout knives. I would have had a very hard time getting this knife identified if it wasn’t for the folks that replied here at AAPK. I appreciate it.

One to help satisfy my desire for all-metal knives that came in a recent order from my bud Jamie! It's an 8" oal Bear & Son slip-joint, with a SS drop-point blade with nick, brass colored aluminum covers, SS screws, adjustable pivot, and clip. Fairly light coming in at around 3 oz.'s and scary sharp. Opens with a strong pull of 5-6 and closes with a half-stop and gator snapping detent. Perfect fit and finish. Kindda like a B & S sodbuster. Thanks for making it available to me pal! ::handshake:: 8)

In my mailbox today, a package from tvic, aka Tim.
Boker 8588T. Scales are a beautiful translucent material.
Tim was great to deal with. Fair price, shipped immediately, packaged with care; couldn't ask for more.

You earned it Tim!!!!

Received this MTech in yesterdays mail. Very well made. I don't care for thumb-studs but the knife redeems it's self with a flipper protrusion on the bottom of the blade like the Kershaw Leek although it's not spring assisted like the Kershaw. Very smooth opening & well built. I'm totally satisfied.

This is another very cool MTech Jerry, if you don't mind me asking, where are you finding them? ::shrug:: The MTechs from way back that I have are nothing like these newer models, I like em'! Thx! 8)

That's a cool looking design...I like geometric shapes and that MTech has an Art Deco look to it that is somewhat reminiscent of 1930s architecture. 8) ::tu::
