Two old Bulldog Congress
Here are two 1st generation Bulldog Congress made in 1984. Sorry for the size of the pics.

Yep, those are celluloid - though I don't know which one. They are not listed in the books and I don't think they are End of Day celluloid. (well maybe
) First Generation are 1984 stamped but were released in 1985. If the scales were End of Day they would be second generation using first generation blades and released in 1991/1992. End of Day celluloid was 1 of 36 made and replaced the purple swirl celluloid from the first generation. Nice knives!

The Tobacco Congress I see in the picture is purple swirl as opposed to end of day. It is a 1st gereration knife. I believe if you will check it will be dated 1985 instead of 1984 and will most likely say english steel. Nice knife

Thanks for the info Tom, I was thinking (wrong) that it was to light for purple swirl. Thanks for clearing that up.
OK and 1985 too, time to clean and look mine over.
