got this a while ago

The W.R. Case & Sons Cutlery Company has a very rich history that began in 1889 when William Russell (“W.R.”), Jean, John, and Andrew Case began fashioning their knives and selling them along a wagon trail in upstate New York. The company has produced countless treasures and it continues to do so as one of the most collected brands in the world.

i was buying tools at an estate sale, the guy had been a cop and i was looking for tools and things an officer might take from a kid, i found half a dozen knives, one fixed blade an I*XL from the 1800s and 5 or 6 folders, this was one of the 6, i'm not interested in selling it, i been watching their price go up and along with the western fixed blades when the time is right for me i will but until then any help would be greatly appreciated

Nice find. Be glad to help but “any help” is pretty vague. Can you be more specific as to what you want to know? It’s a two-blade jack, looks like slick black handle covers, possibly a 22055 pattern. Accurate closed length of the knife would help identify it.
