Nice mower, Steve. I have A 25 HP Kohler in my Bad Boy zero turn mower (also a 54 deck). I have been very happy with the Kohler engine so far. No issues after 2 years of hard usage.

That is encouraging to hear Unk. It has 200 hrs on it, the previous owner wanted to upgrade to a zt mower to reduce his time in the seat. That old JD had a Briggs & Stratton engine in it and its was solid for me, no issues.

In all truth, the biggest thing it helps with is muscle tension, relaxation. If you got fibro like me, it's supposed to help, but I haven't tried it yet. ::hmm::

O.C. that picture reminded me of a story I heard years ago about a fellow who sold moonshine out of his house. The local sheriff raided him several times but could never find any "shine" when they served their search warrant. They would do surveillance and see customers go in the house and come out with a full jug, but every time they raided him, they came up empty handed, finding not one drop of moonshine anywhere in the house. Years later, after he'd gotten out of the business, he revealed that the shine was in an underground tank buried up on the hill behind the house with a line running down to the bathroom sink. When he turned on the hot water faucet, pure moonshine ran out instead of water.

Almost time for fresh peaches! These are semi-clings, they’re the first to ripen and they’re less than a week away from ready to pick. (That’s Pablo the cat, in the tree checking them out. )

I welded some stake pockets on the front of my trailer this weekend, then dropped some stake pocket D-Rings into them. Should make it a little safer to haul the Ranger without have the straps rubbing on the sharp edges of the angle iron.

Good idea Mike, and one of the first things I always do when I get a new trailer. I also weld d-rings on both sides toward the rear of the frame. That gives me anchor points at four corners - can strap both ends of my Ranger, mowers, etc. ::tu::

I like the pocket knife signs, Glenn. Looks great.

Ken, some of my buddies only tie up the front end of their buggies, or use the winch to hold it to the front rail of their trailer. But I am like you - I prefer tie downs on all 4 corners.
