Smith & wesson pocket knife

Can anyone tell me anything about the pocket knife i have, it is clearly made by smith & wesson with a case that has the familiar basket weave pattern on it, it was purchased in the early 70's and i do know it was a limited production item but that is all that i know Help

ok I will try to post some pic, no one seems to know anything about this knife, i was told back when that it was only made one year and that less than 200 were vere made
