This little heirloom always intrigued me as far back as I can remember.
It's great for cutting out newspaper articles, but the devil to sharpen.
On the red "tang" is "CLIPIT made in usa".

Hi edgewise. Sorry I don't know anything about that but it looks like a very useful tool. A version of an exacto knife perhaps. Cheers.
