Help on the date made please

I'm looking in Goins now and can't decide if this knife dates prior to 1884 or 1928? Is their another way to tell the TANG is

Hi. Great old knife ::tu:: . The knife is marked with the country of origin so was made 1891 or thereafter for export to the US. In addition, the crowncap for bottles was patented in the 1890s so any knife with that sort of bottle opener attachment was made after early 1890s. It looks like a 1920s-30s or so utlility pattern IMO :D s-k

Hmm not as old as I had hoped for, but 1920's is kind of old thanks lots of info
