Schrade & Uncle Henry part II

I just started collecting Schrade knifes recently after I was so pleased to have come across some Vintage Mint Imperial Knives.

I do really like the Schrade knives but have a very simple question.....................so far the Old Stock and Uncle Henry knives I have appear to be Delrin....or some sort of plastic...even when they are made to look like Stag or Jigged Bone.

Are there actually genuine Bone and Stag Uncle Henry's and Old Stocks?????

Most every old timer and Uncle Henry I've ever seen is Derlin, or stag jigged derlin (for the UH models). Knives I've seen with bone, wood or natural handles are usually older schrade walden knives (and there is no mistaking that old jigged bone). I do know the "heritage series" had dyed bone handles, and some of the Ducks Unlimited schrades had wood handles.

I'm not the most knowledgeable, but the only real stag I've seen on an old timer or uncle henry, outside of our customizers here, are the ones Herman Williams did for Schrade. He always used some amazing stag.
