I need some help identifying a knife.

Hi All,
I picked up this single blade knife this morning at a yard sale, soon to be on eBay. I have a few questions. Who is the maker, what should I call it in the listing and what would be a fair price?

welcome terry. i would start that knife at $.99 and see where it goes. richards was in business from 1934-1982. they specialized in inexpensive shell covered knives. imperial owned mark towards the end.
