Got these back from the Muskrat Man

Post by DaveT63 »

Decided to send a couple knives off to Muskrat Man for a little work. I sent him a Schrade LB3 and an old Schrade Walden 136 I picked up on ebay for about $6. Anyway, the first two pics are what I sent to him, and after is what he sent back. That's buckeye burl with red spacers on the LB3. Black ash burl on the 136, with nickel-silver lanyard hole liner, vine filework on the backspring, and a half-stop incorporated. I think this one is REALLY impressive, given what he started with!

Thanks, Kaleb! ::tu::

I absolutely love those big square end Waldens. I have the 163, but I've been itching to pick up and do a 136. Fantastic handles on that. the Buck looks great too!
