American Cutlery pocket knives

I have been seeing a lot of American Cutlery pocket knives on ebay. Some of the sellers say they are made in China. One seller says his knives are hand made in Memphis TN. I bought 2 of his knives and the box does say Memphis TN and there is no mention of China on the box or knife. Are these knives really made in USA.
