WW II PRESTO Paratrooper
Just got this one yesterday. Geo. Schrade Presto steel handle WW II Paratrooper. 4 1/8” works perfectly. Probably set it out at the next gunshow. Kinda nice to luck into a good old knife every now and then.
You can always get more money, good old knives are hard to find.

Thanks. It’s what keeps us out looking.

Nice knife.
I believe the metal handled Prestos were introduced after the war.

Not actually a “paratroopers” knife but a similar model

Re: WW II PRESTO Paratrooper
Commonly referred to as a paratrooper but this is a post-war civilian version with what some call “brain” metal covers (obviously with the paint worn off). Nice find, should do well at a gun show.
