In need of prayers for kinfolk.
Fellers I've got a list, my cousin Judy, her husband Russell, daughter Lisa and son in law Randy, are in need of prayer, Russell's brother also fell and broke his hip but I don't know his name but the Lord does so please think of them when you say your prayers. God bless

bighomer, we will pray the Lord will bless the needs of your kinfolks.
Seems there is always issues in all of our families that need prayer. I'm grateful for the Upper Room Forum that we can share concerns with other believers.

I certainly appreciate it fellers , they are having a time of it Russell was operated on for 7 hours and has to go back later to let them finish up. Judy had a cancer removed from her leg and her skin is so thin the stitches didn't hold, she trying to take care of Russell, Lisa was supposed to get test on her stomach has been trying to help her mother and her husband Randy who had a infection and almost died they had to remove his pacemaker so they will have to replace his pacemaker and defibrillator as soon as he's strong enough, he's in a vest now helping his heart to function. Sometimes when it rains it pours and Judy feels swamped. Russell has been helping his brother for several years because of health issues and is no longer able to do for him. They are in a rough spot seems like. Again thanks for your thoughts and prayers

bighomer,
God bless those left behind.
The "higher plane" is our ultimate goal. Like an old feller used to say at the church, "I'm ready to go, just don't want to be on the next flight." Always thought that was pretty good theology. As life goes on the "higher plane" is much more inviting.

Re: In need of prayers for kinfolk.
I too pray for those left behind. As I get close to 80, I've experienced a lot of goodbyes to most all of my close friends and about half of my family. It gets to be a regular part of life and the pain is much less when there is hope of seeing them again in eternity, but much more when that hope isn't assured. One of my church fellow Deacons just lost his sister yesterday to cancer and they got to have a family worship service with her two days before she passed. His sister was still able to worship with them and that was a huge blessing for the family. May God bless the family of Russel's brother.____Dave

Thanks fellers, I've never met Russell brother, but if he's like Russell he's a fine Christian man. Russell got to go to church a couple of weeks ago and got to hurting and had to leave, but it's what he wanted to do and I was so glad for him, please keep him on your prayer list.
God bless.

God bless.
