A prayer of peace.

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

A prayer of peace.

Post by WillyCamaro »

The river of blood that flowed from the cross, that washed me clean,
my hope is who hung on that cross.

The mercy that flowed from those nail pierced hands and feet,
grace has been poured out to His children, mercy and grace.

By grace we have been saved, through faith in Him who has redeemed us,
by His mercy and grace, He is setting all things right.

Always have hope,
no matter what is happening around you,
hold on to Jesus.

Jesus, oh precious Jesus,
grace abounding to the chief of sinners, which I am.

Jesus, you have redeemed me out of the muck of wretched iniquity.
My crimes are great, your mercy is far greater.

Oh, but what mercy it is, that you would die for your enemies.

I was once an enemy,
now you call me a child and friend.

Oh what mercy it is,
so sweet it is indeed.

Oh my most merciful and gracious King.
You bled on that cross so I may be free,
free indeed,
for all the rest of eternity.

For you called me out before the foundations of the world were laid.
You called me a son in You, oh Lord,
oh but what peace that brings,
this weary soul.

My hope rests in you oh Lord,
you grace lights my footsteps,
for the rest of my days.

My hope is set, it rests in you Lord.
For you are the one constant in this universe that holds true to your unchangingness.

Lord, please instill a great hope in me,
one that will never fail on this side of the veil.

My hope is ever secure in you Lord,
you are my hope oh Lord.

Lord, my sins are great, my iniquity is awful,
yet you are a most merciful and gracious redeemer.

You purchased me out of bondage to sin and death,
you gave me a new name,
a new identity,
a new song on my lips,
a new heart oh Lord.

Grace and peace, peace and grace go ever before you Lord.
This will never change Lord,
Forever and ever,
this will never change oh my Master,
my king,
my savior,
my God.

Amen

My blessed Lord and savior,

You have purchased us out of darkness, and into the light of your glorious redemption,
the eternal plan of salvation.

Grace and hope are with you oh Lord,
oh but what great joy in are hearts as we sing,
glorious art thou,
oh Lord are God!

For I shall sing with my lips all the days of my life,
you art God,
our great redeemer.

But what am I oh Lord,
but dust and ashes.

For you are eternal,
self sustaining,
immutable,
unchanging Lord God.

Lord Jesus,
You have put a new song on my heart oh Lord,

To worship and praise you my God,
my King,
my redeemer,
my great friend.

For by you all things were made,
unseen,
and seen.

You uphold the world in your right hand,
the stars in your left.

You see all Lord God,
nothing is hidden from your sight.

For you alone are God Lord Jesus,
the second part of the triune Godhead,
my Lord Jesus.

Father, Son, and holy Spirit.

Here I sit Lord,
in utter awe of your shear magnificence,
dumbstruck how you would reach down from your blessed throne,
and would redeem a wretch such as me.

Lord, let me express my gratitude of all the rest of my days,
and even then,
that doesn't even come close to the amazing grace that is your salvation for me.

You died for us Lord,
you died for us.

May that sink in to the very core of who I am Lord my God,
may it rest on my heart Lord God,
may this song on my heart truly come from a place of devotion Lord God.

Father,
Let me worship you with whole mind, soul, and strength,
let your song be on my heart,
let me worship you in truth and love.

For you loved me first,
this wretch of the dirt,
where you found me in the pit where I was chained to Lord God.

You freed me from the chains of my own making Lord God,
my Father.

The chains of my own making you broke oh Lord my God

You made me free in your own son,
your one and only son,
the Lord Jesus Christ,
who sits at your right hand,
making intercession for us, day and night.

Forever and ever,
interceding for me day and night,
for all of us.
Amen

Oh, like the still, still waters,
your grace brings peace to my soul,
Oh Lord of my soul.

Forevermore will I worship and wait on you, Lord.

You set my mind at rest,
Your mercy is ever before me.

Grace and hope are my constant companions,
through the storms and trials of life.

You are there Lord,
always holding me up by your strong hand,
You are there Lord.

Forever will I be guided by the truth of your word, Lord.
It is a guild to my eyes, and steadies my weary soul.

Your word is beautiful Lord.

Hope is ever before me, grace lights my paths.
My travels throughout this life are shaped by your guiding hand.

Your truth sets me free, oh master of my heart.
My eyes are open, I see oh Lord!

The hope of redemption, eternal forevermore.

Grace abounding to your servants, washed by your blood.

Steady on my feet, held in place by your divine compassion,
oh my Lord and my God.

For in you there is peace of mind and peace of soul,
this will never change.
