Welcome to AAPK. Looks like a nice well-made knife. There are literally thousands of makers of knives, especially fixed blades. Possibly the best source of information, identification and value of custom-made knives is Arizona Custom Knives https://www.arizonacustomknives.com/knives-by-maker/.

Unfortunately the pictures you have posted here have out-of-focus markings, reflections, and glare to the extent I cannot make out the markings. You have the knife in-hand and may be better able to read and decipher the markings. Compare them with the makers on the referenced site. If the knife has a maker name or initials you can use use those to narrow your search.

Unless someone here recognizes it thats your best bet for identifying it.
