I always admired the narrow muskrat blades on the select few 65-69 trappers that were made. They are better for skinning small critters than the large "standard" clip blades. I showed it next to a 2006 3254 to show you what I mean. I always despised spey blades and found them useful for not much more than trimming fat off hides, I reprofiled it to be more of a spear blade so it can be used to trim fat/flesh and/or skin if/when the skinner goes dull.
