Its a stab in the dark, but best I can come up with is this is a Handmade lockback folder with elongated profile and natural bone handles. Features a hand-polished blade with visible grind lines and a clean nail nick. Ricasso is hand-engraved “SPEICHER,” with matching hand-engraved serial number “07/10,” indicating a limited run of 10 pieces. Brass bolsters and liners show natural aging and carry patina.
Pretty sure its a German Surname. I'm hoping someone with a better eye (and brain) can shed some light on this one!
