Old Timer Hammer Brand Variant?
I know there are some very rare Old Timer Variants such as John Primble, Robeson, and Imperial. However, i've never seen or heard of a Hammer Brand Old Timer. I assume this is just and Old Timer with a Hammer Brand replacement blade that could be New York Knife Co. or Imperial. The blade is very short for the knife. I saw the knife for sale on eBay. I apologize for the screen shot photos. Anyone know if Imperial made an Old Timer variant?

No, and like you said the blade style and length makes it fairly obvious that the main blade has been replaced.
I would love to have it as a parts knife, but to me it woukd have no other value.
