INDIANA Cutlery??

I received a small "tuxedo" style knives in a group of knives and I think it is stamped INDIANA CUTLERY. Am I correct?

Yes.
Wabash Cutlery Co changed it's name to Indiana Cutlery for about a year and a half, 1931-1933.
