Bryan spent some time in November developing code to programmatically enforce our monthly giveaway eligibility. The rules are the same; to be eligible to participate, you must be 18 years of age and either (a) have made at least 100 total forum posts at the time of entering the monthly giveaway or (b) have previously donated successfully to at least one prior monthly knife giveaway. In the past, registered members could enter the monthly giveaway without meeting the eligibility requirements. Now, a registered member who has not met the eligibility requirements will not be allowed to enter the monthly giveaway.
Thank you Bryan, this will not only enforce the eligibility requirements but reward the registered members who have contributed to our forums or those that have made a donation to the monthly giveaway. A positive change that I'm very thankful for!
