"I XL George Wostenholm Celebrated Cutlery" VALUE AND ANY INFO APPRECIATED!

One of my clients presented me with this old beauty. I cant find any pictures online of the same model.

I've been trying to gather as much information regarding it as possible. Any corrections/additions to the following info would be appreciated.

Tang stamp: I XL George Wostenholm Celebrated Cutlery
Made between 1860-1890.
Looks to have mother of pearl and nickel plated scales.
Both blades still have snap. One blade has slight wobble.
Usual general signs of age.

Opinions on approximate value would be appreciated if anyone has any input. If no input I understand.

Thought this would be some good eye candy for the AAPK site.

I’m no expert but looks like an honest old knife to me. Value difficult to come up with. Like anything where buyer and seller are happy. I like your knife. Nice large knife would guess Civil war or earlier vintage.

My phone wont enlarge the images but it looks like some type of commemorative knife by the center section of the handle. I cant see a nail nick on the master blade so l'm wondering if it was a," press the small blade" switchblade. The stabber pattern blade would suggest that. Just my opinion: it certainly looks authentic.

There’s a nail Nick on both blades Ray . Question for you , this “ press the small blade “ switchblade . Never heard of a knife like that . Would you be able to share more about this or direct us to more info ? Much appreciated .
