Prayer request for my daughter

There are times in each of our lives that rain falls, hard times come and it helps to reach out to our friends and to our God for a little support. This is the place to express those needs, concerns and situations so others in the AAPK family can keep you in their prayers.

Prayer request for my daughter

Post by orvet »

My youngest daughter, Tymbre, was exposed to multiple toxins from burn pits while serving in the U.S. Army in the Middle East. The exposure was severe enough that it left her with serious respiratory, kidney and liver problems. She also injured her hip while in the Army. The hip has become so debilitating there is no choice but to do a replacement surgery.
She is scheduled for hip replacement surgery on December 8th. The respiratory and kidney damage is severe enough that the surgeon only gives her a 50/50 chance of surviving the surgery. The surgeon also said he has performed this surgery on two patients with similar symptoms, but neither survived the operation.

Please join me in praying for a successful and survivable surgery, with no complications.

Thank you and God bless you all.

Dale, my brother,
I can't seem to get my mind to express what I'm feeling after reading your request for prayer for Tymbre. Remembering some of what you've shared concerning your family over the years, this seems to be so overwhelming. Prayer is all we have.

Lord, our desire is to hear of a miraculously successful surgery allowing Tymbre to regain her health. Father, bless Dale and the family to approach this event, knowing your will shall be done.
We ask this in Jesus's name, amen.

Third times a charm as they say.

I will be praying for you and your daughter good sir. Those are tough odds, but she's clearly a fighter. Every body in my home is grateful for the sacrifices she's made for our freedoms.

Thank your daughter for her service. I am sorry her time in the military has led to these health issues.

I will definitely keep you, your daughter and the whole family in prayer. Positive thoughts, vibes and prayers for successful surgery and quick recovery.

I spoke with Tymbre this evening. She is in good spirits and has already made plans for a backpacking trip next summer after she recovers from the hip surgery. She is sounding confident, which I think is a very good sign!
We also made plans to go to Olive Garden after she recovers from the surgery. We are both partial to breadsticks and Alfredo sauce!
A friend was visiting her when I called, so the three of us prayed together on the phone.
We certainly do appreciate all your prayers! She's still my baby girl!
May God bless all of you, and thanks again for your prayers.

I hope the replacement goes very well.

Prayers that the surgical team is guided by the Lord’s
light . Additional prayers that recovery is consistently
better every day and soon she can put this all behind her.
