Grandpa’s Tackle Box Find
Found this in the bottom of one my grandfathers many tackle box’s, I don’t know anything about Queen knives so any info regarding the year and model of this knife would be very helpful

It looks to me like a Model 91. The pic below is from a Queen catalog from 1947. In the 1952 catalog it shows that Queen switched to a thin guard on the Model 91 (yours has the thick guard), so that tells me your knife was made at least prior to 1952. I don't have access to catalogs older than 1947, so I can't say if it might be older than that.
Here is a Model 86 that appears very similar to the Model 91 from 1947. But if you look closely you'll see that it has the thin guard that I mentioned.

This knife also might be similar to yours but a more recent production.
No. 74. 3 3/4" blade with Delrin handles.
