Some Marbles products that may be of interest

Webster Marble formed Gladstone Mfg. Co. in 1892. That company created the first folding Axe in 1893 which lead to the incorporation of Marble's Safety Axe Co. in 1898. The company became Marble Arms & Mfg. Co. in 1911 & enjoyed years of success until succumbing to a shut down of production in 1974. The brand was brought back to life in 1994 & enjoyed a grand rejuvenation that later gave way to another shutdown in 2009. Many great knives & tools were crafted over the company's storied history.

I actually have three of the Trailmaker knives and this is the earliest example.
These are part of a collection that I will be selling for a friend whose husband passed away.

I plan to keep a few for myself, but the rest will be offered up to others

I will get you a photo of the markings on the Trailmaker.

Please know that if you plan on selling items on AAPK that we require the purchase of a premium subscription, which means an investment on your part of at least $20 per year. That allows you to post items for sale here in the Knife Commerce forum:https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/kn ... m.php?f=31

For details click on the box on the upper right of this page where it says Support AAPK. ::tu::

I would definitely follow the rules and purchase the subscription should I decide to list any items for sale.
But thanks for the reminder!
