Found this at the antique shop today in the 5 buck box. Looks crudely made & some moron took a wire wheel to it after they worked it over with a grinder. Amazingly the edge is still straight. Marks are illegible but it looks like F O? and a date 19 3?. Any ideas on the maker?

Probably 1943 It is an Indian manufactured version of the WWII British issue clasp knife. The horn scales with the very coarse checkering are the telltales for Indian manufacture when the markings aren't clear.
