Great Eastern Cutlery
I got this knife today. Great Eastern Cutlery. Northfield UN-X-LD. #19 stamped on one of the bolsters. One of 25. I have to admit I have never heard of the brand before this one and am amazed at the $$ it could go for. Is this all true? I also got a second one that I will post later.

Re: Great Eastern Cutlery
Strange but true. From time to time, I see a few models released on an internet site and they sell out immediately! They are sucked so up fast that they are gone before I can get out my credit card and log into the site to buy one. I then see the exact same knives for sale on the secondhand market for 2 or 3 times what they sold for the week before

Re: Great Eastern Cutlery
I like this one! Its hard to predict what knives are gonna get that steep price rise, some languish at just 50 bucks over retail while others just go nuts. I get to the factory store almost regularly. The prices are retail but that beats the 2ndary market usually. Havent been there in a few months now tho. I dont think anybody makes a better pocket knife. I love talkin to bill and joan, great folks. But I wonder whats gonna happen when Bill decides he is done?? Maybe Jr. will take the reins?/ Ive never asked them?
