Who is this knife maker? Russell

Does anyone know anything about Russell Knives? The only thing I can find is two knives that sold on Arizona custom knives. But there's no information about the maker and searching "Russell" online is only showing A.G.Russell knives. Photos are of the Russell knife I have.

I believe the maker is Tom Russell. The listing below is from the knifemakers directory of Knives Magazine 2019. It indicates that his marks are his last name and a tulip stamp. Below that are pictures of a knife I found online attributed to Tom Russell.
