A couple of days ago, this multi-tool pocket knife arrived in a group or lot of pocket knives that I purchased. It now becomes my first example to be posted under this new topic or thread. This particular multi-tool pocket knife was NOT the target of my purchase. However, it DEFINITELY turned out to be a keeper. It did end up being added to my general, "foreign born" pocket knife accumulation. It is an ERN, two blades, five tools (a cap lifter or bottle opener with screwdriver, a can opener, a punch or awl and a corkscrew), three tang stamps, one tool stamp, 3 1/2" closed, multi-tool, pocket knife. The main blade front tang stamp says, "NOXIN (over) ROSTFREI (over) STAINLESS" The main blade back tang stamp says, "ERN (over) SOLINGEN (over) GERMANY" The secondary blade front tang stamp has the "CROWN & SCIMITAR (over) STAINLESS" The can opener front stamp, is the letter "R" The main blade does have a WEAK half stop. The main blade does have a GOOD opening snap. The main blade does have an OK closing snap. The secondary blade does NOT have a half stop. The secondary blade does have a VERY GOOD opening snap. The secondary blade does have a VERY GOOD closing snap. ALL four of the tools open and close, without problems. Overall, this pocket knife is in EXCELLENT condition. This pocket knife did NOT require any cleaning at all. I just wiped it off. I took some pictures and here it is.

Thank you, Phil.
Honestly, I have NO idea what material(s) the handles are made of.
I looked at it a little more closely, again I am NOT an expert on handle materials,
but, it looks like burl. The pocket knife DOES have some weight to it.

I found this by using Google lens on the tang stamp.
VINTAGE ERN SOLINGEN NOXIN ROSTFREI GERMANY FOLDING POCKET KNIFE. The one that came up on worthpoint shows a black composite handle. Perhaps yours are a brown wood composite?

Your ERN knife is in fantastic condition. I have one of those, except has been used for much of its life. I guessed the handle material as horn, but synthetic may also be the material.
