I am looking for more info on this knife along with just overall general info
It says Camillus, NY 3-1967 on the pommel. It looks to be well worn.

It could have been carried in Vietnam.

Welcome to AAPK, blight16. 
Your Camillus is Navy Pilot Knife. Do you have a leather sheath with it? The sheath has a pocket on the front side that holds a small carborundum whet stone. They are one tough knife!
Google the name and there is some good info on your knife, history, etc.
I have one acquired in the late '60s at Camp Lejune, thanks to USMC.
