leave feedback seller has no store?

How do I leave feedback for a purchase through the Knives For Sale Or Tade sub-forum? Even though I am signed in the NEW TOPICS box that appears in other sub-forums is not there. The seller did not have a store. She had hundreds of knives to sell. A high percentage of them were Cold Steel brand. She posted lots of threads before my knife arrived. Her threads disapeared. I am happy with my purchase.

You cannot leave feedback for non-store transactions other than in the forum topic that was the genesis of the transaction.

If I’m not mistaken, those topics were removed because of the way they were being posted (I.e. clogging up the forums) which is not how that subforum is intended to be used.
