Do you think this snack could be valuable and do you know of any other versions of this knife that can be found on the Internet? I’m interested to hear what everyone has to say.

Friedr & Herder odd rarity…
Hello, my name is Trevor and I live in North Carolina. I’ve recently started collecting Friedr and Herder knives. The main reason I’m posting this is because I’m curious about the sailors knife that has Granzio and LaRural on the handles. Everything I can find is telling me that this knife was handed out in the 1950s by insurance company in Argentina to promote getting the syphilis vaccine…

. Whatever it’s a Friiedr.. I paid next to nothing for it and received it from Argentina about a month ago. I’ll be darned if I can’t find any other knife like it on the Internet.

Thanks for showing the knives, and welcome to AAPK. Sorry no one has replied, but I’m guessing it is because no one who has seen your post so far has answers to your questions. There are collectors of German-made, and European knives that are members here but it may take a while for someone to see this and reply.
Regarding value, that’s a function of supply, demand, and condition. There’s generally not a great demand for that brand (some do collect them, and some collect advertising knives too) and due to condition issues I doubt they have much value. eBay (sold listings only) can be a good resource for ballpark values so you might try an advanced search there for Herder knives to see what has been sold. Compare condition of your with those that have sold, and adjust accordingly.
