Case knife paste contains abrasives like aluminum oxide (white alundum) and/or silica (silicon dioxide). These are used to polish and smooth the metal surface of the knife, removing minor imperfections and restoring luster. Fine lines may appear using products like Case Paste due to these abrasives.

I always use Wenol and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Sorry, can’t comment on Case paste - never used it.
