German fighting/military knife????

I recently bought a mixed lot of knives from eBay, The long black handled knife with the diamond emblem was described as a german military knife, does anyone know anything about these knives or the value? These are the eBay photos...the knives should arrive here in the next couple days. A friend of mine said that he saw one in an auction with a swastica inside the diamond emblem, but I cant see it in this one for the glare.

Any info would be apprieciated. Nathan
