Can’t help you on the date. This looks like a kitchen knife to me, probably a steak knife. You might try asking in the kitchen cutlery forum if no one responds here.

Either that or try the Robeson Collectors forum if you don’t get anything here. There is a lot of info there about a Robeson pocket knife stamps but I don’t know if they used the same stamps at the same time on other cutlery. Some cutleries did not. viewforum.php?f=93
