I’m sure the notorious forum question finds itself on here daily “what’s it’s worth” “ my grandfather left me this” as a member of boat, and watch forums I know the community hates these questions but today I’ll be joining the party.
My grandfather was a collector of many things, knives being one, going through some things I found one box (of many) of knives I really have no idea were to even start with research these so I thought I would start at a forum.

Welcome to AAPK.
The first knife pictured having the inlay, I have no idea who made it nor its value. Typically if the maker didn’t put any identifying stamps on the knife it is not worth much. There are exceptions but those are very uncommon.
The second one is fairly easy, common Case M3 Finn fixed blade. Read the knife’s stamps. Looks like a 1987 date code https://www.allaboutpocketknives.com/ca ... tification. You can find those knives on eBay just about every day. For a value estimate do an advanced search of eBay, for sold listings only, of the knife. “Case M3 Finn”. You may not find one from the same year but values of any post-1970 versions won’t vary much. That will find recent sales including prices paid and dates of sales.

I don't know if or why the first knife is not marked as to maker, but it is a high-end custom in my opinion or at least medium-high-end. Not Pakistani. It kind of reminds me of a Barnett, for some vague reason.

By any chance does that engraved Damascus Wharncliffe have a hidden compartment, or "pocket locket" which was a signature Joe Kious innovation?

I would agree on the first one, it is not a cheap knock off. Looks like a nice custom, and I mean nice.

The first one would not be a cheap date the scroll work alone should have someones signature not counting the Damascus Look inside and see if it has any Markings
