Hen & rooster dagger german old need help finding price or comps

Hello all !
I found this old dagger double edged very sharp in my late parents basement when cleaning it out. Its clearly marked hen & rooster german solingen. And 141 on blade . I cant find any h&r daggers on the internet to comp it to for price or rarity any help is greatly appreciated in figuring out what i have here. Many thanks in advance Donny D.

Who doesn't love an old dagger. That one is a clasdic.

“Rare” does not necessarily mean valuable. Value is a function of supply and demand - valuable requires both. Some items are rare enough that finding comparables is difficult at best, to impossible. In such cases, if selling is the objective, it’s best to list it at auction with a low starting bid, and let the bidders determine its value. Concerned you might be “leaving money on the table”? How would you know? ::shrug::

I Don't know much about H&R,but I don't think that knife is very old seeing it has etched tang markings.

Could be wrong but thinking 1970’s to early 80’s mfg. no data just my faulty recollection.
You can always get more money, good old knives are hard to find.

Nature abhors a vacuum, me I hate a dull knife.
