Another what the heck is this question.
Found this in a tote from the Father in law. Just Tracy on blade nothing else for markings, thinking just somebody's project that they made. Any thoughts?

Looks like a nice custom knife. Looks of skilled craftsman known locally but not beyond their home area.
You can always get more money, good old knives are hard to find.
