Buck pony old English font

Post by Buckcasefan »

Anyone out there know how to acquire a “Buck” inlay for my old 705 pony in the old English style? Mine fell out and I am unable to locate it. Emailed Buck but they haven’t responded. Also to no avail on eBay. Good little knife just needs the inlay. Thanks.

Buck is probably your best bet but I wouldn't count on them having one.

You could post a Wanted To Buy thread in that subforum. Somebody out there might have one laying around.

Good idea. I’ll give it a try.

I have a trashed Buck 703 but has a good old English handle inlay. Send me $5 postage and I'll send it to you.

Unless it's an optical illusion, the 705 inlays look smaller than the 703 inlays. If that's the case then the countersunk hole would have to be made wider to accept a 703 inlay.
