Ric-nor handyman

I recently picked up this ric-nor electricians knife at a local antique store but instead of "electric mate" on the bolsters it has "handy man" on them. All of the others that I have seen or tried to research have all said "electric mate", just wondering if the "handy man" versions are more desirable or valuable??

Being that it's Colonial made, I believe, the ceiling on the collectors value on it is pretty low. However, you're correct in that the electric mate versions are more common. If you were a collector it'd be an interesting and uncommon spot in the collection to fill, thus pretty desirable. However, there's not a ton of Colonial collectors, and those that do are likely not accustomed to spending a lot on a Colonial. Low supply, low demand. Really awesome knife, in my opinion. I personally love Colonial, I'll buy one any time I see one out in the world for a decent price.

I'm cheaper than dirt though, so I'm not a great person to provide a specific dollar value for you. Just my .02
