Thought l was at Arbys.....

Post by knife7knut »

Went to a garage sale this afternoon and found an electric pole saw that l needed for ten bux and these on another table. Five bux forone and a dollar for the other! Two for six!.the pile side cover on the bone handled one was broken but l did a quick fix with a replacement one from my parts bin. Will have to do a little filling where it was notched for the can opener.

The bone handled one is tang stamped MADE IN USA and the shield is stamped USMC. The black comp handle is an IMPERIAL early stamp. The guy l got it from is a Marine Vietnam vet

The round shield on the bone handled one reminds me of a Pal I have with same blade configuration.

Thief! You stole that WWII Marine Corps knife. I'm envious, you lucky duck. (Although I already have one just like it)
