If my memory serves me, a Boker Plus is a Boker made in China or Taiwan.
Boker, commonly referred to as Treebrand has a long history as a knife maker, Germany, USA, South America and China more recently.
A full picture showing the handles might allow for a more accurate appraisal of your knife.

Boker Plus is a medium-priced line of knives manufactured in Taiwan and China. Generally, Boker Plus is a step below the Boker line and a step above Magnum by Boker. Those bolsters are a sure sign of Asian manufacturing.
