Makers Mark ID help!

Hi All,

I picked up this folding knife in Perpignan in France a couple of years ago at a flea market for 5 euro. Its lovely and heavy with brass parts and great for fruit. But have never been able to identify the maker which seems to be an EM under a crown/coronet.

I wonder does anyone recognise it?

The design is quite similar to the German New Vintage Friedr Herder 4. It costs around 61 euros on the web.
