Utica camp knife

Post by Jonboat72 »

I found this knife at a thrift store along with a couple others. There was no price on it and when asked the sales person said two dollars. It’s the third such knife I have in my collection along with an Ulster Boy Scout and an imperial Boy Scout from the 80s like the one I carried in scouting. I never thought I would like collecting this pattern, but ….
I’m curious as to how old this knife is as it has the old style can opener and still has a little bit of brass in it, which would lead me to believe pre-World War II?
The edge on the blade looks to have never been sharpened and very lightly used.
