Buyer not responding after sale?

Post by TripleF »

Sold a knife out of my AAPK store.
Payment agreed upon, but never received and not responding to emails.

How do I proceed?
Any help would appreciated.

AAPK member? Either way, I think it would be OK to mention the name without any other comments. For one, I would appreciate it as I am a store owner also.

That’s happened to me more than once. I give them 24 to 48 hours then I just cancel the order. The system will put the knife back in inventory when you do that. Time I allow depends on the knife and correspondence with the customer. Hope this helps.
