Who made this one?

This small saddlehorn pattern is missing its' glued-on shield. I've only been able to see a couple of pictures of the brand on the internet. This knife shows up as it was on ebay, another with stag handles, these appear to be bone, the edges aren't smooth and regular like Delrin, there seems to be "the veins" all over the handles.
Who made it? It says in an arc, GREEN RIVER over Holland KY, the back of the front blade, a spay, Saddlehorn. The knife is well made with half stops.

Seriously, though, it doesn't look familiar to me ....

My guess would be that it is a China-made knockoff of the Case Tony Bose saddlehorn.
