Welcome to AAPK. As has been recommended already your best source of value is an advanced search of eBay sold listings of the item. That will tell you actual selling prices of the item. Condition is of paramount importance so adjust accordingly.
Approximate age can sometimes be determined by the tang stamps, which were changed occasionally. Dates given on most stamp charts are estimates only, as determined from old catalogs. Few cutleries kept such records, and at the time the knives were made, few cared. They were simple tools and the hobby of knife collecting didn’t exist. Compare the stamp on your knife with those on the chart.
